My current work sits at the intersection of practical AI deployment and public accountability — how do you build agentic systems that actually work for citizens, at scale, within the constraints of government? That question drives most of what I think about.

Background

My career spans Queensland and federal government digital transformation. I have a long-standing interest in open-source tooling, self-hosted infrastructure, and the practical craft of building things.

I'm pursuing an Executive Master of Technology Management at UTS, with coursework spanning AI for enterprises, cybersecurity analytics, and technology leadership.

I write in the open because the ideas get better when you have to explain them clearly, and because the public sector needs more practitioners sharing what they've learned.
